Professional construction supervision

Part of the activities of consulting engineering is the legally prescribed professional construction supervision over the execution of CCI (construction crafts and installation) works.

Construction supervision must be ensured on the day preparatory work begins on the construction site. It is best to have a supervisor before choosing a contractor, as the supervisor should already participate in the signing of the contract with the contractor.

The implementation of professional supervision in our company, includes:

• inspection and construction supervision if the construction is carried out in accordance with the issued building permit, the project documentation on the basis of which the building permit was issued, and the implementation project documentation,
• review, proposals for changes, additions and shortcomings of the project documentation,
• control and monitoring of the quality of executed works, installed materials and products, installations,
• control over the quantity and calculation of performed works (book of accounting measurements, calculations),
• control over deadlines according to the timetable for the execution of works,
• inspection, determination of value and confirmation of additional works,
• review and confirmation of the construction diary of work execution,
• other works and communication depending on the scope of the project.

We offer billing control, review of construction books, implementation of project management, coordination of works on the facility to companies or individuals who decide to renovate, build, or reconstruct facilities in any way.
